Description

Repair and replacement of roofing at Fort Carson, and Shriever Air Force Base, Colorado. The period of performance is estimated to be 1 year from the date of award with a possibility of four option periods. Area of Performance is Fort Carson, CO an d Shriever Air Force Base, Colorado. The contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The estimated maximum magnitude of this project to include option periods is estimated at more than $10,000,000 An Invitation for Bids will be issued. The requirement is set aside 100% for eligible 8(a) concerns located in the State of Colorado. The small business size standard for this acquisition is $12.0 Million; NAICS Code: 238390.
