Description

The purpose of this modification is: 1. To extend the date for proposals to be received from 3:00 p.m. MST on 12 Feb 2004 to 3:00 p.m. MST on 17 Feb 2004. 2. To answer questions resulting from the 10 Feb 2004 site visit. Question 1: Can we bid the job by the pound instead of by the tire? Answer: This proposal should not be bid by the tire or by the pound but with a single price for the entire job. Question 2: On your proposed prices, there is a box labeled CLIN and I am not sure what that means. Answer: This refers to the Proposal Summary, which is referenced in the synopsis solicitation. CLIN stands for Contract Line Item Number. For this requirement there is only CLIN 0001 for the removal of scrap tires.
