You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-T, Floyd Kit Carlton, Contracting Officer, telephone number 256-842-6113, FAX number 256- 955-9310. PRON: AX4Q0069AX, NSN: 1680-00-909-8716, PN: 204-001-376(-3), Quantity: 150, this is a five year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 150 each and a maximum quantity of 975 each, applicable to the OH-58 D. Delivery quantity of 80 going to New Cumbe rland, PA 17070-5001, a quantity of 27 going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, and a delivery quantity of 43 going to Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required Delivery Schedule is 150 each, 220 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Memcor, I nc., Cage Code 24681, Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Cage Code 97499 and Smith Aerospace, Inc., Cage Code 81039. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current ver sion of DOD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.red stone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Fo reign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
