You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-L, Carol Hardage, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-842-7629. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX462210AX, NSN: 5821-01-198-5371, PN: 5003800-3, Quantity: 5 each to 290 each 5 year requirements applicable to the OH-58D Airframe, delivery to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 290 Days After Contract Award . This item is restricted to DRS Optronics, Inc., Cage Code 32865 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate te chnical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Fir ms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer wh ich shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
