PROCUREMENT (P) 10 -- ADAPTER, LINK CHUTE ASSEMBLY AMSAM-AC-LS-MB, ERICA BURNETTE, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-876-2117 *****ATTENTION*****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ERICA BURNETTE, AMSAM-AC-LS-MB, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-876-2117. YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: erica.burnette@redstone.army.mil ) System: AVENGER, Nomenclature: Adapter, Link Chute Assembly, PRON D14F0126, NSN: 1010-13-116-2692, P/N: 3522500031. 171 each. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 60 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acq uire these items from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solic it and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
