Description

Relocation service shall provide boxes with tags to identify personnel, 3 library carts for storage in transition area. Move boxes, computers, telephones, rolling file cabinets (average 2 per person) and transfer file folders to file cabinets, plant s into the transition area. Move at any time could consist of relocation of 10 personnel to 40 personnel per Phase. There are 7 phases. Below is an anticipated move schedule. This is only estimated and the movers will be contacted within 5 days prior to relocation requirement. Phase Move to Transition Area Move From Transition Area Phase 1 22 March 2004 01 June 2004 Phase 2 03 June 2004 02 August 2004 Phase 3 04 August 2004 04 October 2004 Phase 4 06 October 2004 06 December 2004 Phase 5 08 December 2004 07 February 2005 Phase 6 09 February 2005 21 March 2005 Phase 7 23 March 2005 24 May 2005 Required Pre-Award Site Visit scheduled for Wednesday, 18 February 2004, 11:00 AM. Building does not have elevator service and some areas will have to be moved up and down the stairs, exterior and interior. Foot print of transition area layout and personnel location will be provided upon notification of each required relocation. No items are required to be placed in storage. Relocation will require initial and final placement of 2 printers and 2 copiers.
