Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a Sole Source purchase order with Life Safety Systems, Inc. Award will be made on a sole source basis to provide the following: Service for Edwards System Technology (EST), fire alarm system equipment and software. Services involve the following: programming updates, preventative maintenance for the system and hardware, emergency repair/replacement services. To include all labor, parts, material and equipment for annual preventative maintenance at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing?s, Washington, DC facility. Services shall also include non-emergency service calls, and computer programming of the fire alarm systems which is located the Bureau of Engraving and Printing?s, Washington, DC facility. This is only a notice of intent, not a notice to request.
