- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Hardware and Software Branch (PL8231), plans to make award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract on a sole source basis to Computer Corporation of America located at 500 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham MA 01701. This acquisition is for software license renewals for the period of 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05 and includes four one-year options. The software is used at DISA computing centers in Columbus OH, Mechanicsburg PA, Ogden UT, Oklahoma City OK and St Louis MO. The procurement will include renewal of Government-owned perpetual, software licenses, new releases and technical support. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The software products are ACCESS, ADVANTAGE, CONNECT * (25 Seat) PC Based, HORIZON 2ND, HORIZON-PRIME, MODEL 204 CORE SYSTEM, RACF INTERFACE, SAGE/204, SECURITY INTERFACE, TARGET/204, TP INTERFACE, TSO INTERFACE and USER LANGUAGE. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the request for quote shall provide an email notice to the contracting office to URL bowmant@scott.disa.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for quote. The resultant order will be firm-fixed-price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered in making an evaluation of bids prior to the award of a contract.
