Description: The renovation work will generally consist of the following selective repairs and improvements in 9 dormitory rooms and hallways. Material will be provided by the Center. * Necessary masonry and wall repairs * Paint all walls surfaces as prescribed * Relocate light fixtures - 4 per room * Remove/install electrical outlets as needed * Build & install 68 permanent wall lockers as specified * Mount smoke detectors * Cover over existing floor tile with vinyl tile. A COPY OF THE SCOPE OF WORK IS AVAILABE BY FAX OR E-MAIL. A SITE VISIT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO OBTAIN DETAILS. Materials will be provided by ODJCC, the contractor will provide all labor.
