- Description
- This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0008. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order for three (3) new Utility Pickup Trucks. Specifications: Utility Pickup Truck, New/Unused, Extended Cab 4 Passenger capability, Automatic Transmission, Tinted Glass, Air Conditioning. Any Color available. Interested Vendors shall submit pricing as well as complete technical Specifications of vehicle being offered. Warranty support must be available in Panama for vehicles in response to the RFQ. Delivery will be to the U.S. Despatch Agent, C/O Miami Crating , 2200 NW 110th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172; Telephone 305-592-4698. The contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with freight forwarder. POC: Mr. John Papp Tel: 305-715-3502. Purchase order number must be marked on the outside of vehicles. Pricing MUST include pre-paid shipping to U.S. Despatch Agent/Miami via surface. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Panama without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami. Award will be made based on the best value to the U.S. Government, price and technical considerations included. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on February 25, 2004. Please provide your Quotation via FAX or E-Mail. This is a small business set aside.
