Description

Solicitation FA4801-04-R0002 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The electronic solicitation and synopsis constitute the only announcement. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Concessionaire Contract is contemplated. This procurement is being conducted as 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399. The size standard is $6,000,000. Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide a concession within the Holloman AFB Fitness center for a period of one year beginning 1 March 2004 and ending 28 Feb 2005 with 5 Option Years. The Contractor will pay the NAFI a guarantee of percent of all gross monthly sales, minus any sales tax per month, for the right to operate a massage therapist concessionaire inside the Holloman Fitness and Sports Center. Payment for the guarantee will be due and payable by the fifth (5th) day every month. Any interested party must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award (ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). Copies of the solicitation will be sent upon request. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the Collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
