- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for sheds to be delivered to the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California for a delivery date of 18 February 2004.This award can be made on a multiple award basis. Quotes must include prices for CLIN l isted below so that quotes may be properly evaluated. The item quoted must pass technical review of the requesting activity. Award shall be made to that responsive, responsible quoter who can meet the required delivery date and with a technically accepta ble item, whose total aggregate price is low. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thi s notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under W9124B-NTC-001. This request for quotations and i ncorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 321992 and 500 Employees. A fixed price contract is anticipated for one line item. CLIN 0001 Quantity 20 EA Provide 12?????? x 24?????? wooden sheds with a peak roof type with standard house door in front with 2 3??????x5?????? windows, one on each side of the shed. The cost of delivery should also be added in the qu ote. Note: The contractor can also submit a quote which substitutes alternate sizes of sheds so as to meet the required delivery date.
