Description

This solicitation is for AMMO 7.62 x 51mm SRTA (300,000 each)LINK 4:1 DODIC:AA37,---A056 ammunition 5.56 SRTA (100,000 each)and SR00 ammunition 5.6 SRTA Linkt 4:1 (330,000 each)small caliber training ammunition, incremental deliveries authorized. The proposed contract will result in a requirements contract with a 12-months base year and one option year. This application is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial code (SIC)for this acquisition is 3482; NAICS Code is 332992 and business size standard is 5 00. This solicitation will be posted on the Fort Polk website on or about 17 February 2004 which can be accessed at www.jrtc-army.mil/doc. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to do business with the Government. The G overnment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and price related factors considered. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM CST, 15 March 2004 to the Contract Specialist, Kimmie Edwards at Directorate of Contracting, PO Drawer 3918, Fort Polk, LA, 71459-0918.
