Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation document W9124L-04-T-0051 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 423810; SIC code is 5082; si ze standard is 100 employees. This solicitation is issued under FAR Subpart 13.5. The following supplies are required: CLIN 001 Thermoplastic Melter(1 Each) Trantex Model TP1200DH trailer mounted Thermoplastic Melter Package; CLIN 002 Pavement Marking M achine(1 Each), Trantex model CH400TPR Ribbon Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Machine with right hand carriage with 1 ribbon thermoplastic and one glass bead gun; Cline 003 Thermoplastic Material(48,000 pounds), White/Yellow Oklahoma specification hydrocarb on; Cline 004 Glass Beads(6,000 pounds), Type I, Reflective for thermoplastic application. All prices should refelect FOB destination.
