Description: US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to negotiate with Innovative Concepts Incorporated (ICI) for the acquisition of continuing sofware engineering modifications and airframe integration services in support of the IDM program. This acquisiti on consists of the propsed contractor ICI producing the next versions of IDM software, performing modifications to the ICI developed 5.x, 7.x and 8.x sofware, all future software versions and performing required hardware modifications on the current ICI de veloped -303 and -304 IDM boxes. See note 22.
