- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. Reference RFI-04-KF001 when responding to this announcement. The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking vendors capable of providing comprehensive Web Statistical Management software and maintenance support. This software will be installed on a minimum of four Windows Plat Form servers at the National Computer Center in Baltimore, Maryland. The operating system will be W2k or higher. The period of performance is expected to be 5 years. The minimal requirements are: A) Multi-platform support ; B) Page Search filtering; C) Keyword Search Reporting; D) Comparative Date range reporting; E) Internet and Intranet Support; F) Tiered User Access Permissions; G) Profile Analysis; H) User-defined reporting profiles; I) Exporting to multiple formats (PDF, Word, CSV, Excel, HTML); J) Custom data ranges; K) Visit and/or Hit filtering; L) Visitor History; M) Custom Report Filters; N) Server Errors; O) Content Management System integration; P) Browser Based Administration; Q) Support for Multiple data sources; R) Support for an Unlimited number of Web Servers; S) Processing of up to 50GB~ on a daily basis; T) Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reporting; U) User-defined report headings; V) Single Access reporting; W) Pre-defined Reports on web visitor behavior and site performance; X) Browser based report access; Y) Automated Built-in Data Archival and Restoration; Z) Multi-threaded Server Optimization; AA) Drilldown Reports; BB) Drilldown ? Campaign activity by Geography Internet and Intranet; CC) Multi-format Log file support (UNIX, Windows, Domino, and Z-05): DD) Section 508 compliance; EE) 5 Yr Plan Software Maintenance and Upgrades; FF) 5 Yr Plan 24x7 Premium Customer Support with 2 hr response time to resolve issues on phone and 1 day response time to come onsite to resolve issues that can not be dealt with over the phone; GG) Training for all SSA Employees that use system i.e. (In house and Online Internet Web based Training); HH) Onsite installation and customization Vendors must also specify what hardware requirements are required in order to run the software. Optional/Desirable features include: 1) Comparative Custom Date Range; 2)Scenario Analysis; 3) Bi-directional Path Analysis. Vendors having the capability to meet the above requirements are invited to submit complete details. The responses must clearly state how their product provides the ability to meet the above requirements. Vendors responding should indicate whether their products are available on the GSA schedule. Pricing data may be submitted. This is not a request for proposal and the government does not intend to pay for information submitted. . Interested parties must respond to this notice within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication. No Faxed responses.
