Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Microsoft Corporation. The Commercial Item is as follows: Microsoft Premier Support Includes up to 250 TAM hours, 50 support incidents, technical information/news flashes and two TAM site visits. Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer?s software, only the software manufacturer, Microsoft Corporation, ArrowPoint 2, 8050 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 is qualified to receive award of the commercial item contract under this requirement.
