Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a two training workshops. General Information: The FAAs Office of Business Management is conducting a market survey to determine if qualified vendors exist to seek competition for a requirement for two training workshops. The workshops are entitled Four-Day Capitol Hill Workshop and Delivering Effective Feedback. The DRAFT Statements of Work are provided as an attachment to this posting. Interested parties, who have the capability to meet the requirements called out in this market survey and the DRAFT Statements of Work, may provide documentation describing their experience and capabilities. Please note if any such services are available on any GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This documentation should be sent via U.S. Mail or overnight mail delivery to the following address. Information shall NOT be submitted via Fax or via E-Mail Federal Aviation Administration Kathrynn Valdez, ASU-360 Room 406 800 Independence Ave., S.W. Washington, DC 20591 All Market Survey responses must arrive by 2:00 P.M. local time, February 18, 2004, and should be marked ABZ Market Survey on the outer package. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing responses to this market survey. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Individual company responses will not be disclosed to other vendors. This announcement is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the FAA to acquire any service or supply. No funds have been identified to meet this requirement. Responders to this announcement may be asked to provide additional details/information based on their initial submittal. All responses to this market survey will be considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government, and will be used to gain an understanding of marketplace availability of products and capabilities that meet operational needs. Any information received as a result of this announcement will be used to determine if, and how, this requirement will be met. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government. AMENDMENT TO THE CAPITAL HILL WORKSHOP SOW: The FAA amends the SOW for the Capital Hill Workshop to specify that within the scope of work, the instructional design should include group lunches and breaks that facilitate participant interaction and learning.
