Description: The Department of Transportation (DOT) Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA) is officially canceling Solicitation #DTRS56-04-R-0001A in support of the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS). Because of a number of questions that were posed, we are reviewing the acquisition strategy with respect to this requirement. We will return each proposing company's proposal via FedEx. We sincerely wish to thank everyone for responding to the Solicitation Announcement. We plan to re-issue another Request for Proposal (RFP) within 4-6 months.
