Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 541519 This is a sole source requirement. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 To Hummingbird, 1575 I St NW, Suite 240, Washington, DC 2005. Maintenance Renewal of NFS Maestro Solo and Exceed Software Licenses in Volume V0494987-000. The maintenance program shall provide unlimited technical support during business hours, access to software patches and automatic upgrades to new releases of all licensed products. The RFQ has the following line items(s): Line Item 0001 ? Exceed 1000+ Maintenance re-instatement, per client, EXMPI550700-RM (1,030 Qty); Line Item 0002 ? NFS Maestro Solo 1000+ Maintenance re-instatement, per client, MAMPI665700-RM (1,030 Qty); Line Item 0003 - Exceed 1000+ Maintenance per client, EXMPI550700-11months (1,030 Qty); Line Item 0004 - NFS Maestro Solo 1000 + Maintenance, per client, MAMPI665700-11 months (1,030 Qty); Period of Performance is: March 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005.
