Description

The 21st Contracting Squadron intends to award to a sole source contract to Ms. Lee Starkey, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b), for the following: Non-personal services to provide services for reporting, briefing, document management and system problems, visiting sites and performing site assessment, visiting commercial contractors and agents, setting up semi-annual carrier/agent conferences and other transportation services as required for the main JPPSO regional office and 22 remote sites. Consultant is responsible for developing reports of data from the TOPS system at the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office. Period of performance is 15 February 2004 through 30 September 2004, at least 20 hours per week. Consultant will receive guidance provided by the Deputy Director, JPPSO-Colorado Springs. The NAICS code is 611420 and the small business size standard is $6M. However, if there are any qualified, responsible offerors capable of meeting this requirement, a proposal may be submitted and shall be evaluated and considered for award.
