- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911SA-04-T-0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is due by 23 Feb 04. The RFQ is unrestricted, NAICS code 315225. Security uniforms with sewn insignias on shirts. CLIN 0001, 720 each, Department of the Army Police insignia. Vendor must obtain official shoulder sleeve insignia for the Department of the Army Police. These must be obtained by Contractor from a manufacturer on the Certified manufacturers List (which will be provided upon request). There will be an insignia sewn on both the left and right shirt sleeves. They will be centered on the sleeve 1 inch below the shoulder seam; CLIN 0002, 360 each, US Flag insignia will be obtained by Contractor. Size 1 7/8 inch high by 3 1/4 inch wide.
