Description

The work consists of renovating 4.36 miles of roadway for North Sisters and Bum Creek roads and 1.48 miles of roadway for Paradise-Moostown Creek road. Work includes : roadside brushing, ditch reshaping, scarification, blading , compacting, removal and disposal of existing culverts, new culvert installation, minor excavation and backfilling for road realignment, placement of road surfacing, asphaltic concrete paving and seeding. NAICS Code is 237310. Project site is located in Douglas County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start work is June 15, 2004, and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100% and Payment bond : 100%. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for Hubzone small business concerns. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available.
