- Description
- This modification is to notify prospective vendors that the Statement of Work referenced in this announcement may be found under Synopsis #FA574008A1T6. Vendors will provide sustainment support as follows. The ICDB Sustainment team shall provide business analysis, functional analysis, incident analysis and repair, and development testing support as part of its Tier II functions. In addition, the ICDB Sustainment Team shall install system enhancements and/or independently developed modules in support of the end-user?s functional needs. The Sustainment Team shall remotely provide System Administration (SA), Oracle Database Administration (DBA), Security Auditing, Antivirus Protection, and Time Compliance Network Order (TCNO)/Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) Protection. Additionally, this team shall provide assistance in deployment activities, resolving CHCS data interface issues, CHCS Historical Data pulls/loads, and HL7 messaging support. Finally the Sustainment Team will work with other Regional and Site System Adminstrators/DBA?s that may exist as part of ICDB-PO partnerships throughout the MHS. The ICDB Sustainment Manager shall oversee all Regional and Site System Administrators and Database Administrators. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 8 January 2004. Responses are required by noon on the day of closing.
