Description

Provide all materials, labor, tools, plant supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of the tenant improvements needed to postalize this existing facility, including all incidental work described in the contract documents. Estimated construction cost range is between $2.0 and $2.5 Million. Performance time is 90 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. ONLY THE FOLLOWING SIX (6) PREQUALIFIED FIRMS FOR THE STATE OF OREGON WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS: Camco Construction, 3105 E. Boone Ave, Spokane, WA 99202; Wade Perrow Construction, P.O.Box 1728, Gig Harbor, WA 98335; Sea Pac Engineering, 608 S. New Hampshire Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90005; Team Construction, 4209 NE 66th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98661; Wadman Corporation, P. O. Box 1458, Ogden, UT 84402; Walker Construction, P. O. Box 3901, Spokane, WA 99220. Subcontractors may secure a copy of the plans and specifications from the prequalified contractors. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offeror and the amount of the contract will be released as public information. The number of offerors, their names, and the amount of their offers WILL NOT BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION.
