- Description
- This is a notice of intent to negotiate a Request for Proposal for Compass Systems Incorporated, 48015 Pine Hill Run Road, Building 4, Lexington Park, MD 20653-0003 on an other than full and open competitive basis for the continued development of emerging technologies in electro optics, and electronic warfare. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Compass Systems because they possess proprietary data and will use their company's unique approach in integrating a wide variety of hardware and software for special programs sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
