- Description
- The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System intends to issue a sole source award to Medical Matrix, Inc. to fill and dispense original prescriptions that are written by VA physicians assigned to VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) that are within the VAAAHS, Ann Arbor, Michigan primary services area. The Government intends to negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation packages are not available. The Contracting Officer will make a determination whether to compete this proposed action based upon responses received. Qualified parties must submit their information in writing to the VAAAHS (506/54C), Contracting Officer, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor 48105 by February 27, 2004. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
