- This is a synopsis for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG27-04-Q-3P6803. This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 9715. This is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 and the size standard is 6 million. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure lifeguard services, which is to include (management, supervision, and labor), for the day to day operation of the wading and large pool located at the Integrated Support Command, 4000 Coast Guard, Portsmouth Virginia. Quotes are due on 22 March 2004, 1600 Eastern Daylight Time to: Commanding Officer, Integrated Support Command, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703-2199. Quotes and requests for additional information may be faxed to (757) 483-8623 Attn: Barbara Cross. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, required delivery date, past performance, references, certifications, license, and insurance. Performance begins on or before 5 May 2004, preparing the pool.
