Description

Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to provide Preventative/Remedial Maintenance on OC-ALC/MAN’s SMX Laser Tracking Systems in accordance with statement of work and manufacturers specifications. A service contract is contemplating. This is a sole source requirement. To: Faro Technologies, 222 Galo Lane, Kennett Square, PA. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The approximate issue date for this solicitation is 16 Mar 04. North American Industry Classification System (SIC): 3541. Size Standard: $10.5 million. See Note #22
