- Description
- Anticipated Issue Date: 18 February 2004. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is hereby issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to MDV (Military Distributors of Virginia/Coastal Pacific) to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, facilities, and other items and services necessary to perform cross-docking services for DeCA's Far East and European Regions using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition. Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, labor, transportation and incidentals to provide cross-docking services for the Far East and European Regions. The anticipated award date is 5 March 2004. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit relevant information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by COB February 19, 2004.
