- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Micromeritics Instrument Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis, an award for 1 each Sedigraph III 5120 Automatic particle size analyzer. Sole source is based on equipment being able to analyze particle size distribution over the range of 300 to 0.1 micrometers and compatibility with previous data reporting methods. See note(s) 22.
