- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Panama City, Florida, (NSWC-PC) intends to award a sole-source contract to British Aerospace (BAe) Systems, Elettra Avenue, Waterlooville, Hampshire, P07 7XS, GBR for the acquisition of three (3) each Surface Transponder Units, part number WAC007-1, three (3) each Transponder Link Cables, part number 100352-1000, and three (3) each Sonar Transducers, part number D/26/P. These units are required to support the existing government owned VEM systems, which were developed by BAe Systems. These components are proprietary to BAe Systems. Therefore, only BAe Systems can supply these required components. Delivery will be made within 90 days of award of the contract to the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 334511 applies. SBA Size Standard is 750 employees. FSC is 5845.
