- Devens Federal Medical Center, located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue a solicitation for quarterly subsistance. Subsistance will include standard open market items, breads, dairy products, meats, etc. The award date for this solicitation will be April 1, 2004. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued NLT 2-20-04. The solicitation will be available only through the GSA System "Federal Business Opportunities" - www.fedbizopps.gov/ . The site provided download instructions. All future information about this and other future subsistance solicitations will soley be ditributed on this site. Paper solicitations will no longer be issued. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring this site. to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this and future acquisitions. You must have Acrobat Reader to access the solicitation files. Quotations will be mailed to Devens Federal Medical Center, Attn: Jennifer Brouillard - Contracting, P.O.
