- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, on behalf of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Washington D.C., intends to acquire training for behavioral health consultants and clinical mentors for the Behavioral Health Intergration Project at various Navy Medical Treatment Facilities. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Mountainview Consulting Group, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $6M. A firm fixed price order is anticipated for award by 30 March 2004.
