Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD (NAWCADPAX) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with DRUCK INCORPORATED, New Fairfield, Connecticut for (1) 118 PMP 3000 Series, 0-100 PSI Transducers (P/N PMP3061-8758M1-1), and (2) 118 PMP 3000 Series, 0-300 PSI Transducers (P/N PMP3061-8758M1-2) in support of E-2C aircraft and ECP 94115/E2C/938-01 Rev 4. The required procurement is in support of PMA 231. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADPAX intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
