- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis, interpretation services of radiologic studies after normal working hours, from 1900 to 0700, 7 days per week, including holidays via teleradiology in support of the Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA. The Contractor shall provide evaluation and written interpretation of radiographic studies to include interpretation of up to 3 computed tomography studies per night and an average of 1 nuclear medicine study or ultrasound study per week. The anticipated workload is primarily for interpretation of special studies (e.g., CT or ultrasound) but may also include interpretation of plain films. The Government will transmit the radiologic studies to the contractor. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. See Numbered Note 1. The full solicitation and all amendments will only be available at http://www.neco.navy.mil. The NAISC is 621512 and the Small Business Standard is $11.5M. A firm fixed price procurement is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 14 September 2004 through 13 September 2005, with four (4) one year option provisions.
