Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration is soliciting for a Service Provider to provide specific civil rights compliance services. These services would be provided for all offices nationwide. The primary services are compliance reviews and investigation of complaints filed with OCRC. This requirement is a 100 percent small business set a-side. This notice supersede the notice posted Dec 31, 2003 entitled Special Notice A-76 Study - EEO and Civil Rights Compliance Activities. All documents will be issued via the electronic posting system (Fedbizopps). The RFP document will be issued within two days of the appearance of this notice. Do not mail or fax a request for the documents, no other documents will be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 541611 with a small business size standard of 6 Mil.
