- Description: Solicitation Number SP450-04-R-2509, YPG04009001503, consist of (1) NSN 8140-01-197-8096, Pad, Cushioning in accordance with drawing TDPL 011978096-98324. The request for proposal will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside, unrestricted. Solicitation will result in a Firm fixed price contract with definite quantity of 369 for (SNG) New Cumberland, PA stock location and 829 for (AQ5) Tracy, CA stock location with 100% quantity option. The requested delivery days will be 60 days. FOB Destination and Inspection and acceptance will be at Origin, QAP 002. This item has a critical application. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will not contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payments. This is non-commercial item.
