- Pr No. YPG04042000665: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Cylinder, Control, Special. NSN 1650-01-013-4133. The only approved source is Arkwin Industries Inc Cage 98391. P/N 1211173-101. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 274 days after receipt of order (DARO). The quantity is 45 each for a base year and provision for a 100% quantity option. Configuration control and Critical Application Item apply. QAP 003. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
