(05606)p/n 12599987; Deliver 181 pieces to the depot at Tracy CA and 59 pieces to the depot at New Cumberland PA, FOB Origin in 240 days ADO; Inspection/Acceptance at source to "tailored" ISO 9002. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps; Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted; Specifications, plans and drawings are not available; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with an approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) - approved source is cited above; Automated Best Value Sytem (ABVS) will be used as an evaluation factor; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
