- TEM DESCRIPTION FOR PR: IQC04038007007 NSN 2540-01-165-6136 WHEEL CHOCK. WOOD MATERIAL. EXCEPTION TO DWG NR 16236 CS-2540-0067, NOTE 1: CHANGE "MM-L-75" TO "MM-L-751H". CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM I/A/W DRAWING NR 16236 CS-2540-0067 BASIC DTD 06/30/92 AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER "DETAILED DRAWING (ONE ITEM)" This Solicitation is restricted to Hubzone, Competitive. This Solicitation requires FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. NOTEs 26 and 27 apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 04 March 2004 at http://dibbs.dsccc.dla.mil/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed _5_ years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
