- Item Description: SUPPORT HOUSING, ROAD WHEEL NSN 3040-01-109-4302. Being bought in accordance with U.S. Army Drawing (Cage 19207) 12299074 and all current related data. Quantity of 275 Each to be delivered in 250 days to Texarkana TX (255) and Anniston AL (50 Each). A 100% Option is included which may or may not be exercised at the Government’s discretion. Solicitation will be available on its issue date of 03 Mar 04. All responsible sources, meeting Small Business criteria, may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. If the applicable drawings are not posted at the above website, see Clause L07 Availability of Drawings, on how to obtain the drawing. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation.
