- SOLICITATION SP075004R2812 is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) consisting of 4 repair parts to support various Army and Marine weapon systems in which delivery orders may be placed for one year and will contain an option to extend the contract up to four year(s) beyond the initial contract term for the following: NSN 2510-01-198-7413, HINGE, WINDSHIELD, IAW 19207 12338841-1; NSN 2540-00-078-6633, PINTLE ASSEMBLY, TOW IAW 19207 8380199 and 96906 MS51335-1; NSN 2805-00-774-4610, LOCK, VALVE SPRING R, IAW 02978 300113, 19207 7744610 and R1120 300113; NSN 2990-01-085-3831, PIPE, EXHAUST IAW 19207 11684185-1 NSN’S require ORIGIN INSPECTION and acceptance and FOB Destination to CONUS stock locations only. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of MARCH 3, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
