- Description
- The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command – Picatinny intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Insight Technology Incorporated, 3 Technology Drive, Londonderry, NH 03053 under the approved authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii). This procurement is to design and deliver One Hundred-Seventy (170) XM8 Visible Bright Light Flashlights to be mounted to the XM8 Picatinny Combat Attachment Points. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. See Numbered Note 22.
