YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: vivian.jennings@redstone.army.mil ) SYSTEM: BFVS (BRADLEY), PRON: D14V0164, Nomenclature: Wiring Harness, Branched, NSN: 5995-01-381-0263, PN: 13265521. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into four (4) program periods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. The known quantity is 109, and the maximum quantity is 337. This requirement requ ires one (1) each, first article submitted for testing. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 210 days after contract award. 90 days for first article, 30 days for contractor test, 90 days for production quantity. Delivery Schedule without fir st article test is 90 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire these items from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. Th is proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest, that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in con nection with this procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Foreign firms are reminded that requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Request for proposal will be issued to Mechtronics of Arizona Corp., RTE N 54 Old Coal Mine Rd, Fort Defiance, AZ 86504-0679 (Cage Code 00W38). All responsible sources may submit a bid /proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-MC, FAX Nu mber 256-955-7737. The most recent representative unit price and quantity relative to this acquisition is NSN: 5995-01-381-0263, Award date: 13 Nov 2002, Qty: 31 each, Unit price: $1,338.00.
