CONTRACT INFORMATION: One Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract will be awarded to perform environmental services within the Fort Campbell, Kentucky military reservation boundaries. The North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) i s 562910. The small business size standard for this procurement is $12,000,000 average annual receipts over the last three fiscal years. This announcement is issued pursuant to FAR 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Progra m). Contract performance period will be five years. Contract capacity is $14,000,000.00. The minimum guaranteed amount will be $280,000.00 for the contract. Performance will be issued as negotiated firm-fixed-price or cost-reimbursement task orders. T here is no limit on the number of task orders or annual expenditures. The total amount of all task orders will not exceed $14,000,000.00. The contract is anticipated to be awarded April 2004. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The purpose of the contract is to pr ovide a full range of environmental services to Fort Campbell Kentucky. The environmental services will fall generally under the categories of environmental compliance, environmental restoration, environmental conservation, and pollution prevention. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, plant and personnel, and all other services required to perform the environmental services as listed above. The schedule and specific procedures for each item of work will be described in indivi dual task orders. The government and the contractor shall negotiate the price of each individual task order including the contractor's profit or fee. The government will determine for each task order whether the task order will be awarded as firm-fixed-p rice or cost-reimbursable. Groups with prime-sub relationships or joint ventures will be considered as well as firms having all disciplines in-house. The submittal shall show proposed personnel are certified in the OSHA/Environmental (HTRW) 40-hour train ing course. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The solicitation will be competitively awarded based upon the evaluation criteria established in the Request for Proposal. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 1 March 2004 and will be available at www.lrn.usace.army.mil. Select Organization, Contracting, Electronic Bid Solicitations.
