- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only, and a separate written solicitation W914NS-04-Q-0149 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 24 Feb 2004. site Security with the Green zone of Baghdad, Irag. The specifications are included in the solicitation. The Government requires performance to begin within 30 days after award date of contract. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Requests for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to all respondents to this synopsis. The solicitation can be viewed online at http://fedbizopps.gov. RFQ response offers can be emailed to cpa_contracting_acti@orha.centcom.mil .
