Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a purchase order for audio visual equipment rental for a conference that is to be held at the Philadelphia Marriott for March 07, 2004- March 11, 2004. The detailed information regarding the equipment are attached to the file. Firms that believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to provide a cost proposal, background information and references by the closing date of this announcement, March 1, 2004. In addition, all offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov).
