- Description
- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a requirement for queuing systems with the capability to control both the flow of customers and services as well as collect data for management use. The purpose of this notice is to locate potential sources to provide Q-Matic brand name or equal queuing system products and services. The computer-based system must perform the following: -Allows employees to sort customers by reason for their visit. -Queues customers to interview locations using automated visual displays and automated voiced directions. -Captures data identifying quantity of customers in each category, waiting time from arrival to service initiation, product delivered, and time associated with delivery of each product, employee providing service – with ability to sort by any variable. -Allows for reports to be generated from the data captured. -Allows for real-time viewing of the queue in one site by another site via the USCIS network This notice IS NOT a notice of availability of a solicitation. Rather this notice is seeking a response from sources who may be interested in providing the products and services described above. Interested potential sources are invited to submit a letter of interest along with a description of capabilities by 4:00 pm EST on February 24, 2004.
