- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is DTCG89-04-Q-6B3014 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-19. This acquisition is set-aside 100% small business. The NAICS is 334515. The small business sized standard is 500 Employees. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following items/or equal substitutes: 2 Each of the following items to ship to Seattle, WA 98134-SS150B Sunset T10 Test Set; SW181 CSU/NIU Emulation; SW183 VF Noise Measurement; SW190 Pulse Mask Analysis; SS101 Carrying Case; SS106 Cable, Single Bantam to Singe Bantam 6 foot; SS108 Cable, Single Bantam to Single 310 6 foot; SS109 Cable, Single Bantam to Probe Clip 6 foot; SS112 Cable 2 Single Bantams to RJ-48 8 position modular plug 6 foot. 2 Each of the following items to ship to Alameda, CA 94501-SS150B Sunset T10 Test Set; SW181 CSU/NIU Emulation; SW183 VF Noise Measurement; SW190 Pulse Mask Analysis; SS101 Carry Case; SS106 Cable, Single Bantam to Single Bantam 6 foot; SS108 Cable, Single Bantam to Single 310 6 foot; SS109 Cable, Single Bantam to Probe Clip 6 foot; SS12 Cable, 2 Single Bantams to RJ-48 8-position Modular Plug 6 foot; SW187 Switched 56 Call Set Upand Bert; SS420WT Sunrise T1 Cable Kit. Note: Offerors offering other than brand name item identified herein shall furnish with their offers adequate information to ensure that a determination can be made as to the quality of the product offered. AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price for item that meets or exceeds specifications.
